DilogR provides several question types to use in your surveys and quizzes (and videos using them).
For All Projects:
Multiple Answers: Select all that apply — Allows the survey taker to select one or more options from a list of answers that you define. You should use multiple choice questions when you have a fixed number of options.
Multiple Choice: Select one — Allows the survey taker to select one option from a list of answers that you define.
Multiple Choice: Dropdown list — Allows the survey taker to select one option from a dropdown list of answers that you define. You should use multiple choice questions when you have a fixed number of options.
Multiple Choice: Image answers — Allows the survey taker to select more than one image as an answer.
One Choice: Image answers — Allows the survey taker to select one image as an answer.
Yes/No — Allows the survey taker to provide either Yes or No as the answer.
True/False — Allows the survey taker to provide either True or False as the answer.
Short Answer — This open-ended survey question allows the survey taker to give a short written answer to a question.
Long Answer — This open-ended survey question allows the survey taker to give a longer written answer to a question.
Statement — Allows them to put in a heading or comment but there is no answer to it.
Date and/or Time — Keeps a date/time answer in a consistent format.
Question Rating — Ranks your question using either a scale of stars or a slider to answer the question.
Question Upload File — This question type allows you to upload a file such as a Word doc or image.
Additional Question Types for Video Projects:
Branching Question: Branch Immediately — This question type allows you to branch to another video clip immediately after answering a question.
Branching Question: Branch at end of clip — This question type allows you to branch to another video clip after the video is completed.
