Custom fields are sections of the opt in form that help you collect important information about your audience. This can include email, first and last name, and company name. 

There are multiple preset custom fields in DilogR's lead capture form.

It is also possible to create your own custom field by clicking the "Add New Lead Field" button under the preset list. Clicking this button will bring up a window that you can use to create your personalized custom lead field.

Another way is to go to integrations and create a custom field within Infusionsoft. However, your infusionsoft account must first be linked to your Dilogr account. 

Go to integrate and select the Infusionsoft integration. Then go to the custom fields area and choose the custom field you want to use and it will pull in the data.
